Adding New Staff Member/Employee

 

1. Adding your New Employee to the New Staff area of VL, ensures the new member receives VitaLogics Training videos and assigns them to your Clinic

Go to Admin

A New window will appear. Fill in all necessary info, Select Staff and Submit

2. Add New Staff as User (this is needed to log into VitaLogics)

Users

Select Add

Enter all info and Save

While new user is selected, click privileges tab

Lastly, Double click the boxes for privileges the user should have

*Follow to step 3 if the user will be adding charges to patients appointments

3. Add CPT buttons if New Staff member needs to add charges to patients appointments

Select Copy Button Structure

Select Who HAS the buttons on the Left and who the buttons are going TO on the Right and SAVE

4. Add ICD buttons if New Staff needs them to add diagnosis codes to patient appointments
