Cloud - Install Citrix Receiver & Self Ck In on Windows or Mac desk or laptop Device

*Google Chrome seems to work best for accessing Cloud

*You will need a separate cloud Citrix license username & password for Self Check In

* You will need to set up self-check in on the main admin menu of VitaLogics. See these link for info on setting up self-check in:

Here are the steps to install the Cloud Citrix Receiver:

1. Go to the appropriate url based on YOUR TIME ZONE: (Given to you by VitaLogics Support)

Here is an EXAMPLE:

http://eastern.coactioncloud.com/   

2. Click on the Green Install button. This will take you to the Citrix download page

3. Go to Select Products drop down menu and select “Citrix Receiver” 

4. Next, Citrix will normally find the appropriate Operating system and you will select Download Receiver ....... it will say either Windows or MAC

5. Find the Citrix Receiver Download & click to run (Windows is normally on bottom left, sometimes you will need to find it in Downloads)

6. You will see a pop up " Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" - click on YES

6a. Now you will start the install Process - Click on Start

7. Check the box to Accept the license agreement and click Next

8. If this pop up appears, Select No Thanks and click on Install

 

 

9. Once you see installed successfully - Click on FINISH

(You do not need to add acct)

10. You will need to go back to the ORIGINAL Citrix XenApp Logon Tab (where you started)

- Click on Continue

11) You will then see the Citrix Logon Screen

  • You will need to enter your CITRIX username & password which was sent to you in an email from VitaLoigcs Support. A license that will ONLY be used by this Self Check In.
  • The Domain is: coactioncloud1

12) You will next see the 2 icons - you will click on the Self Check In Icon and you will see it Starting to open

How to log into Self-check in for first time

* Reminder - You will need to First set up self-check in on the main admin menu of VitaLogics. See these link for info on setting up self-check in:

- This gives you an idea of how Self check in works. Please note that on cloud the card swiper and signature pad are not available. Reference to that in this video is for Server clients:  https://vitalogics.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201512284-4-12-Utilizing-the-Self-Check-In-Module

- To log into Self-Check in – click on Self-Check in and you will see login screen below

 

- Cloud users cannot use card readers or signature pads

- Click on ‘I don’t have a card, let me type my name”

- You will see this screen below & patient can type last name, first name to find appt

- To exit out of self-check in – go to the task bar, find the self-check in icon   and right click and close window

** You cannot have self-check in open at the same time VitaLogics is open & visa versa
