Azure Cloud New Install for Windows Based Devices

*There are 2 options to login to Azure. See steps below or use "Alternate Option to login through Citrix Receiver" halfway down this page. Whichever works best for your computer.

For New Clients: How to Install Citrix Receiver and Access VitaLogics

1) Click on a browser (Google Chrome seems to work best) enter citrix.com

2) Click on downloads then select a Product – select Citrix Receiver

3) Citrix will find the appropriate Citrix receiver for your computer (Windows)

      - click on the Latest receiver then click on the Download Receiver for……

4) Go to wherever the downloads go then click on citrix receiver.exe and complete the install

 

 

5) You will see pop up to ADD ACCOUNT – enter this: https://coactioninc.cloud.com/

Click Add (this is a one time set up) then close.

                        

 

Option 1: Login using Google Chrome Web browser URL

1) In browser like Google Chrome type in https://coactioninc.cloud.com   click enter

2) If you see this image below, click on Detect Receiver (if it is an option)

3a) If you see a pop up Launch Application - highlight "Citrix Receiver Launcher", click on box "Remeber my choice for receiving links" and click Open Link

3b) OR if you see Open Citrix Receiver Launcher – check  “Always open these types of links in the associated app” then click on “Open citrix receiver launcher”

4) Here you will enter username: coactionsoftclo\(enter your license)

     Password: (enter your license password)  then click LOG ON

5) Click on VitaLogics Icon and then log in at VitaLogics login as usual

6) To Log out - quick log off and cancel from VitaLogics & Top right see settings gear down arrow & select Log Off

 

**NOTE- For security purposes, CITRIX will log out of VitaLogics and Citrix after 1 hour of NON-USE. This is a Citrix timer and cannot be changed

 

Option 2: Login Using Citrix Receiver

1) Go to hidden task bar, left click on arrow and then right click on citrix receiver and left click on Open

-OR drag and drop citrix icon to toolbar for easier access

2) This opens the Citrix Store Front – you will see VitaLogics icon & Self-Check In icon

3) To log into VitaLogics- click on VitaLogics icon and you will see the login screen below:

User Name: coactionsoftclo\(enter Citrix license username)___

Password:_(enter Citrix license password)___

**NOTE-if you click on Remember my password, you will not see this log in screen again

 

4) Once you log in, you will see it starting its process to open then go right to the VitaLogics login screen

- If you have VitaLogics username/password enter here

5) VitaLogics support will help you set up your own username & password the first time you log in.

For Future Logins Follow These Instructions

1) Go to hidden task bar, left click on arrow and then right click on citrix receiver and left click on Open

-OR drag and drop citrix icon to toolbar for easier access

2) This opens the Citrix Store Front – you will see VitaLogics icon & Self-Check In icon

3a) If you have Added your Acct and Saved your Citrix license username & password then click on VitaLogics and you will go to #4 

3b) If you have NOT Saved your Citrix License username/password then to log into VitaLogics- click on VitaLogics icon and you will see the login screen below:

User Name: coactionsoftclo\(enter Citrix license username)___

Password:_(enter Citrix license password)___

4) Once you log in, you will see it starting its process to open then go right to the VitaLogics login screen

- If you have VitaLogics username/password enter here
