Summer 2014 Update is On Its Way!
The Update process will begin this week. As always the process will span over a two week period. You will be notified the day before your clinic will be updated as a reminder to keep your server on if you have a server based system.

Collections Income Report has been Enhanced
Patient and payer payments now show Cash and Check in the Details of the Collections Income Report

 

All Payers Option Saves Time

Now that we have passed the “New HCFA” transition period, you can use the check box to select all payers at once. Go to Billing > Create HCFA’s

 

*Looking for your patient’s OPT-IN to REMINDER MESSAGES status?*
To see the status you no longer need to go to the Edit screen. Just go to Patients> Select a Patient file > Case tab

 

*Windows Menu Bar*
Access to Windows Menu bar is now available when you are in the Patient Visit!

Did You Know...
Performing an Insurance Refund can be done in 5 easy steps?


1) Create a zero amount EOB

 

2) Select Patient

 

 

3) Select date(s) of service the refund will be coming from, Select Apply Date filters button and scroll to the right of the charge and select the Green pencil icon to the far right.

 

 

4) In the charge window, you will see a field to enter the REFUND amount. Add in amount and select OK

 

 

5) You will see the amount posted at the top of the screen under Refunded

 

Repeat if more then one charge or patient. Once you see the total amount of the REFUND on the top of the EOB page then you will finish and close the EOB.
