A New Option for Text and Email Reminders is now available with Mandrill!
To assist some of our customers that were experiencing issues with Amazon AWS, VitaLogics has found another option for your Text and Email Reminders.
If you currently use Amazon and are happy with them, no change is needed.
If you would like an alternative to Amazon, you can try Mandrill. Mandrill is easier to set up and has better reporting options to view and confirm message delivery.

Where is it?
VitaLogics Main Menu, Admin > Support Center > VitaLogics EMR
What can you find there?
You can do a SEARCH for any topic (for example "Add CPT") and you will find any articles or videos that are associated with that topic.
How To Rebill a Patient Charge
To Rebill charges for a patient, you will need to do the following:
1. Select the patients file
2. Go to the Ledger tab > click on the Charges tab
3. Select "REBILL" on the top right of the page
4. You will select whether it's a Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Payer and Select Next
5. Now, select all of the charges need to rebill. (You can select multiple dates by clicking the charge and dragging your mouse down to the last charge you need to submit, or hold the CTRL key to select dates that are not in sequence)
6. Then select "Next" again.
7. From here you will complete the claims the same way as generating HCFA's for unbilled charges.
