Accessing CoAction on the Cloud FOR PC's, Laptops, MAC's or Windows 8 Tablets

Setting Up CoAction Cloud EMR Client

*Before you begin please ensure you have received the Account Username and Password you will need to sign into Citrix*

*Google Chrome seems to work best for accessing Cloud

Here are the steps to install the Cloud Receiver:

1. Go to the appropriate url based on time zone and email instruction:                                                                                                                                  

2. Click on the Green Install button. This will take you to the Citrix download page



3. On the left in select “Citrix Receiver” from the Download dropdown
4. Next select the appropriate Operating System from the dropdown (Windows or Mac)



5. Click the “Find” button
6. On the right of the screen you will see the download link (Receiver for Windows select windows 4.1 or 4.2 )
7. Download and install the link

Once downloaded, here are the steps to log into the Cloud Receiver:

1. Go to the appropriate url based on time zone and email instruction:                                   

2. Make sure the logon type is: Explicit (Explicit may not appear when using Central Time zone that is OK)


3. Login with any of the user names and passwords provided. Format should be UserfirstinitialUserlastname001, 002, etc based on number of users.
4. Set domain to “coactioncloud1
5. Click “Log on” button
6. This will take you to an Applications page.


7. Click on the CoAction icon
8. Log into CoAction with your CoAction user name and password (Initial Login will always be the default username: VitaLogics and password: VitaLogics) Password is case sensitive.
