How do I get the SOAP Notes Macro panel within a patients appointment?


On the VL Main Menu - Go to Appointments - click on Appointment Dash Board


When you schedule an appointment and check it in and actually open the visit (double click on the checked in appointment)

The Provider's Dashboard will open (may take a few seconds)

If you do not see the panel you are looking for on the screen, click on the panel button (located on the upper left hand corner) to select the panel you would like to see in the view (SOAP Note MACRO).
