How to Delete a Completed Appointment

 Here are the steps to accomplish this:

  1. Go to patient file
  2. Select the appointments tab
  3. Select the appointment you want to delete
  4. Select “review”

5. Then delete all Soap notes, CPT’s, ICD’s, anything you have added to this appointment

6. Click on check out on the bottom right corner

7. Select the same appointment once again and Click delete
