Amazon Cloud-Install Citrix Receiver & VitaLogics FOR PC's, Laptops, MAC's or Windows Tablets

*Google Chrome seems to work best for accessing Cloud


Here are the steps to install the Cloud Citrix Receiver:

1. Go to the appropriate url based on YOUR TIME ZONE: (Given to you by VitaLogics Support)

Here is an EXAMPLE:   


2. Click on the Green Install button. This will take you to the Citrix download page



3. Go to Select Products drop down menu and select “Citrix Receiver”


4. Next, Citrix normally goes to Windows Operating system latest version but if you have a MAC please select MAC latest version and you will select Download Receiver



5. Find the Citrix Receiver Download & click to run (Windows is normally on bottom left, sometimes you will need to find it in Downloads)


6. You will see a pop up " Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" - click on YES


7. No you will start the install Process - Click on Start


7. Check the box to Accept the license agreement and click Next


8. Select No Thanks and click on Install



9. Once you see installed successfully - Click on FINISH

(You do not need to add acct)

10. You will need to go back to the ORIGINAL Citrix XenApp Logon Tab (where you started)

- Click on Continue

11) You will then see the Citrix Logon Screen

  • You will need to enter your CITRIX username & password which was sent to you in an email from VitaLoigcs Support
  • The Domain is: coactioncloud1


12) You will next see the 2 icons - you will click on the VitaLogics Icon

13a) The first time you click on VitaLogics Icon you may see LAUNCH.ICA

Prompted To Open Launch.Ica When I Try To Log Into VitaLogics (Using Citrix)

  • When you log into Citrix and you are asked to Save this file "ica"
  • Go ahead and Save the file
  • When you click on VitaLogics, you will see the Launch.ica in the bottom left corner

  • Select the Down Arrow (on the right of the file)

  • Then Select "Always open files of this type"

  • This will allow .ica files to open on this computer

If this is happening on other computers, you will need to follow the same steps on each computer

13b) You will see a pop up that is just showing you that it is starting - nothing needs to be done here


14) You will see the VitaLogics login screen, You may see a pop up that says Block Use or Permit Use


(you can also check Do not ask me again for this site or follow steps below)


Before you log in you can set the system to not show this pop up (this will only work on Windows environments)

  • On your task bar find your arrow to show hidden icons > right click on the Citrix Receiver icon
  • Select Connection Center
  • Then highlight Coactioncloud1 > click on Preferences >Select Read & Write > Apply > OK

 15) You will now see the VitaLogics Logon Screen

  • Enter your VitaLogics username/password, if you do not have one, please contact

16) To close VitaLogics go to the main menu and click on Quick Log off and Close on the logon screen
