If you have a tablet that has VitaLogics installed (but is Not the Server computer) and is getting a message saying "Out of Memory" check the following: (this is normally a hardware issue)
- Confirm if this is the server computer - if it is - check with Travis if he has to be involved
- If it is a client tablet
- Is the Server computer working?
- Ask customer to reboot the server & the tablet client computer to try to clear it. Bring server back up first, then client tablet
- If still getting same error after reboot - customer needs to check with their IT person
