Cannot Log Into Server (Cloud) After Hours - 404 Not Found Pop Up

If you are a Cloud Client trying to access the server after hours and are seeing this error

 

This is because the URL is being auto filled to an unknown address.

  • You can either use a different browser and type in your URL to access Citrix
  • Or, to clear the current browser, you will need to go to your Browser history to clear the cache, cookie and browsing history 
  • Once the browser history is cleared, you can type in your URL to access Citrix

******Please Note***** Clearing the browser history will clear your passwords & other saved or often used URL's
