How to Access VitaLogics using Citrix Receiver for the First Time

Please follow these steps to access VitaLogics via cloud for the first time.

***NOTE - you will need to use Google Chrome. Please ensure Google Chrome is installed on your computer****

***NOTE** THESE INSTRUCTIONS ASSUME YOU HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED CITRIX RECEIVER*******************

1) Once you have received the email from VitaLogics support with the Citrix licenses that have been installed, you will also receive the URL that you will need to use:

It will be one of these- please check your email for your server URL:

http://Eastern2.coactioncloud.com 

http://Eastern3.coactioncloud.com

http://Eastern4.coactioncloud.com 

http://Central.coactioncloud.com

http://Central2.coactioncloud.com

http://Mountain.coactioncloud.com

http://Pacific.coactioncloud.com

http://Pacific2.coactioncloud.com

2) Go to your Google Chrome browser and enter the URL for your clinic

Here is an example:

3) You will see this come up on your screen 

  • IF you HAVE Citrix Receiver on your computer please click on SKIP TO LOG ON

  • IF you have NOT installed Citrix Receiver on your computer yet, please click on this Green INSTALL button and follow the instructions to install Citrix Receiver for your computer

4) You will then see the Citrix Logon Screen

  • You will need to enter your CITRIX username & password which was sent to you in am email from VitaLoigcs Support
  • The Domain is: coactioncloud1

5) You will next see the 4 icons - you will click on the VitaLogics Icon

6) You will see a pop up that is just showing you that it is starting - nothing needs to be done here

7) You will then see a pop up that says Block Use or Permit Use

YOU WILL ALWAYS SELECT PERMIT USE 

8) You will now see the VitaLogics Logon Screen

If you have not created a user name and password yet, the Default is:

Username: VitaLogics

Password: VitaLogics

9) To close VitaLogics go to the main menu and click on Quick Log off and Close on the logon screen

You are all set!
