When you see this error (sometimes it shows when customer is trying to Edit Providers):
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Ink, Version=22.214.171.124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31b..........................
The next update will fix this problem. 1st quarter 2016
1) Find this file on the customers computer
and Copy the attached file to C:\Program Files(x86)\VitaLogics\
2) Close VitaLogics to make sure it has updated
3) Open and try again
4) If still a problem - create a jira ticket and escalate to development
