Error When trying to use the VitaLogics Support Portal "Content from the website below is being blocked...."

Error: Content from the website below is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration"

If you are getting this error when trying to use the support portal for chats/emails from your ipad, you will need to set up VitaLogics as a Trusted Site. To do this:

  • Log into Citrix then VitaLogics
  • Click on the Support Portal on VitaLogics main menu
  • You will see a pop up come up - "content from this website below is being blocked......."
  • You will need to click on the Admin Circle from Internet Explorer and select Internet Options - Security - Trusted Sites - Sites
  • There are 3 things that will need to be added then close 
    • https://vitalogics.zendesk.com
    • https://p4.zdassets.com
    • about blank

 

Now you should be able to click on the VitaLogics Support Portal for assistance
