When Creating Patient Notes or Documenter - Unhandled Exception - System Out of Memory exception

When customer is creating patient notes or Documenter and they are getting "Unhandled Exception - System Out of Memory exception"

IF SERVER CUSTOMER:

  • Close all computers running VitaLogics and Reboot server.
  • Turn on Server computer first then all auxiliary computers
  • Try to create a patient document again
  • If still issue, create jira ticket for escalation to programmer

 

IF CLOUD CUSTOMER:

  • this error should not happen to cloud customer but if it does create jira ticket and escalate to programmer
