All data is backed up at a secured off site location via Amazon cloud service 3-4 times per day. This backup is dependent on your internet and server communicating with our backup system.
If you receive this email from CoAction support, it is necessary for you to contact us asap so we can restart your backup services:
"We are receiving Backup Errors coming from your server computer. This means your CoAction data cannot be backed up at this time. In order to resolve this issue, we need to have access to your server computer for about 10 min. to restart the backup. Please connect to support from your server computer by accessing the Support Icon in the CoAction software. We will then provide you with a code to access your computer and resolve this issue."
