Patient SOAP notes did not copy over to next appointment

There are 2 reasons why a patient SOAP Notes are not copying over to the next appointment:

1) You have not told the system to copy SOAP notes from visit to visit

How to set up VitaLogics to copy from visit to visit

  • Go to Administration > Click on Providers

  • Select the Provider > Click on Edit

    

  • Click on SOAP Copying tab
  • Select any or all sections you would like to copy from visit to visit
  • Click on SAVE on bottom of page

 

2) You did not enter and save your SOAP notes in the patient visit before adding the next appointment in VitaLogics

  • Enter and Save your SOAP notes on your patient before creating the next appointment
