To Export a MACRO template in CoAction to your computer, follow these steps:
Step 1) Open any completed or checked in patient appointment to the Provider’s Screen (where you type your Soap Notes)
Step 2) In the SOAP NOTES Screen click on the GREEN CIRCLE in the bottom left of the Macro screen
Step 3) Then select "Export Template from File"
Step 4a) FOR SERVER CLIENTS:
- Select the location on your computer where you will SAVE the Macro file and give the file a name and select Open.
Step 4b) FOR CLOUD CLIENTS:
You will need to drill down to Your Local C drive:
- IF you see a Security pop up - Select Permit All Access
- Click on YOUR LOCAL C: on (your computer name)
- Then you will drill down to your desktop or folder on your desktop by clicking on the following: Users >Your Name or computer name
Step 5) Select the location on your computer where you will SAVE the Macro file and give the file a name and select Open.
