Can't Schedule Patients - ROV's Missing

 

 

If you want to schedule a patient and notice ROV's are not present for you to choose from and your screen looks like this:

 Please follow the next steps for them to Re-Appear

 

From the CoAction Main Toolbar, Select Administration:

Then, Select Providers:

While in the Providers Tab, Select the Doctor ROV's are missing for, Then Select Edit:

Now Select Reasons for Visit

and checkmark the box associated with each appropriate ROV for that Provider:

Then Select Save:

Now, please attempt to schedule again. You should now see ROV's present to schedule under:
